At Clare Cox Coaching* we take the issue of privacy extremely seriously. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use www.clarecoxcoaching.co.uk (our ‘website’) and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

What information do we collect?

Contact Forms
By filling in our enquiry form, you freely give the following information name, email and any details supplied with your enquiry. This information is used to process your enquiry only. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer needed which we will review every [three] months.
How we use your data
We will only use your Information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use personal information collected from our websites either in order to enter into a contract with you, when it is our legitimate interest or when you consent to it. A legitimate interest is when we have a business or commercial reason to use your information, however, it must not unfairly go against what is right and best for you.

Any data you share with us kept private, we do not sell or give it to anyone outwith Clare Cox Coaching. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that this website and its owners participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.
This website will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact them through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email. This website uses social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question.
Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.
How long we retain your data
Your data is only kept for as long as we need it to provide you with your requested service.
What rights you have over your data
